Workflow


Customer Acquisition


  1. Trial Form Submission: When a trial form is submitted, a prospect is created on the lead board, and an email is automatically sent to the prospect to schedule a demo.

  2. Booking and Notification: When the prospect books a demo, the date and time are updated on Monday.com, and the salesperson is notified.

  3. Post-Meeting: If the prospect agrees to proceed, the salesperson fills out an onboarding form, creating an opportunity on the opportunity board and adding the contact to respond.io if they don't already exist.



Subscription Management


  1. Subscription Creation: The account manager selects a product on Monday.com to create a subscription, which is then sent for manager approval. Upon approval, a subscription is automatically created in Stripe and logged in Monday.com.

  2. Billing and Notifications: On billing dates, charges are recorded in Monday.com. If a payment fails, the account manager is notified to follow up with the customer.

  3. Subscription Cancellation: The account manager can select a cancellation status and provide mandatory details. After approval, the subscription is canceled.


Communication Integration


  • Native Integrations: Gmail and Zoom are integrated with Monday CRM, syncing automatically.

  • Calls: Zoom calls can be made directly from Monday.com, with call recordings automatically saved back to Monday.com.

  • Two-Way Messaging: Enabled within Monday.com, integrating Twilio for outgoing and incoming messages.
